In observance of National Flag Week, Prestige Senior Living Bridgewood will offer a chance to exchange worn-out American flags for new ones.

The free five-day exchange program will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. beginning Monday, the start of National Flag Week. (Flag Day is June 14.)

Prestige Senior Living Bridgewood is at 11700 N.E. Angelo Drive, Vancouver.

The supply of free flags is limited. Reservations are available; call Keith Bixby at 360-254-4666.

Prestige Senior Living Bridgewood is partnering with Vancouver members of the Veterans of Foreign Wars for a ceremonial retirement of the exchanged flags.
