SEATTLE — Alaska Airlines is feeling luckier after announcing a new partnership that will connect flights to Ireland and give Mileage Plan members more ways to earn points.
The Seattle-headquartered airline is teaming up with Aer Lingus starting in April. The airlines said a flight connecting Dublin to Seattle will begin May 18.
Meanwhile, members of Alaska’s Mileage Plan will be able to earn and redeem points when flying with the Irish carrier beginning in April. Members of Aer Lingus’ AerClub will also be able to earn and redeem miles flying through Alaska, though that promotion will begin at a later date, the company said.
