Letter: Send Harris back to Olympia

By Dan Breihof, Vancouver
Published: May 9, 2018, 6:00am

Rep. Paul Harris, R-Vancouver, has represented the 17th District since 2010 with dignity, class and the ability to work with both parties without compromising his conservative, fiscally responsible approach to hold taxes down.

Harris spent many years on the Evergreen Public Schools board of directors and has continued to fight for quality education in Olympia. He has proposed legislation to raise the age of smoking to 21 in the state. Send Harris back to Olympia and let him continue to represent the 17th District and all young people in the state of Washington.

We encourage readers to express their views about public issues. Letters to the editor are subject to editing for brevity and clarity. Limit letters to 200 words (100 words if endorsing or opposing a political candidate or ballot measure) and allow 30 days between submissions. Send Us a Letter
