Vancouver police said Friday that they had made an arrest in a Sept. 28 shooting at an apartment complex.

Mikl Sandoval was arrested Friday morning after a SWAT team, the Neighborhood Response Team and the Safe Streets Task Force served a warrant at his home at 11111 N.E. 48th Circle.

Sandoval is suspected in a shooting at the Brookside 112 Apartments, 4619 N.E. 112th Ave. No one was reported injured in the shooting, which occurred about 6 p.m. on a Friday, according to Columbian archives.

Sandoval was booked into the Clark County Jail on suspicion of three counts of first-degree assault, two counts of unlawful possession of firearms and one count of possession of a stolen firearm.

According to a news release, during Friday’s search two weapons were recovered, which Sandoval allegedly did not have the right to possess.
