Art
Mosaic Arts Alliance is now accepting entries for December’s open exhibit, “You’ve Got to Have ART!” The nonjuried exhibit is open to artists creating 2D and 3D works and is limited to one entry per artist. Artists will be chosen on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment of $25 entry fee will not be required until your entry is accepted. Entry deadline is Nov. 16 or until the entry limit is reached. Exhibition dates are Dec. 5 to 29 at Angst Gallery, 1015 Main St., Vancouver. Entry forms may be downloaded at www.mosaicartsalliance.org.
Friends of Vancouver Community Library seek artists to participate in the third annual Art4Art fundraiser. Each artist will be given an 8- by 8-inch wood panel on which to create art. Completed panels are donated back to the library to be sold at the fundraiser, which starts Dec. 7. The panels can be picked up at Vancouver Community Library, 901 C St. Deadline for returning the panels is Nov. 15. Call the library at 360-906-5000 for more information.
