Now that we’ve witnessed Brett Kavanaugh’s arrogance, judicial temperament, and political bias, we should hope dearly that we are never a party to a case to be decided by the Supreme Court. Anyone else seeking any judicial appointment who acted as he did would be summarily disqualified. Apparently those rules do not apply to the current Republican members of the Senate.
