The Cape Horn Conservancy is hosting the third annual Rake-a-thon from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Nov. 11.

Everyone is welcome to join and help rake leaves and debris from the entire Cape Horn Trail. Volunteers should bring their own rakes. A hard hat is also recommended. Volunteers should be prepared for the weather and have snacks.

Meeting locations will depend on trail section assignments, which will be determined later.

At the end of the day, everyone will gather in Prindle Park, 3371 Canyon Creek Road, Washougal, for a fire, hot drinks, chili and cookies.

Sign up via the “volunteer” tab at capehornconservancy.org. Questions can be sent to info@capehornconservancy.org.
