Fort Vancouver’s volleyball team won its first match of 2018, taking down Evergreen in four sets in Wednesday’s 3A Greater St. Helens League match.
The Trappers won, 25-14, 27-25, 10-25, 25-20.
Ainez Jeannotte posted a team-best eight kills and also had four blocks and three serving aces. Isabelle Gousse added five kills and 11 assists and Trinity Stegal had four kills and four blocks to lead the Trappers (1-8, 1-5) in their first season under coach Megan St.
