A 72-unit, multifamily complex would be built on Mill Plain Boulevard near Uptown Village, says a plan submitted to the city of Vancouver.
The .57-acre site faces Mill Plain, bordered by Esther Street on the west and Daniels Street on the east. The construction, in the Hough neighborhood, would be on Mill Plain across from the yellow-accented 15 West Apartments complex.
The application does not specify the type of multifamily units.
Ginn Development, 7233 N.E. Hazel Dell Ave., is the applicant on the application. The property owners are Carter Park LCC and T & R Property Investments, both of Battle Ground, the application says.
