Two Vancouver real estate agents completed a five-day academy for real estate management training. Gene Thompson and Lana Anderson, the owners of Weichert Realtors, Equity NW, 15640 N.E. Fourth Plain Blvd., completed the Weichert academy, which emphasizes system installation, business planning, recruiting, training and career development. It also included a tour of the company’s corporate campus in Morris Plains, N.J. Weichert Real Estate Affiliates has offices in 37 states, but each are independently owned.
