Six homes in a new Orchards community called Livingston Acres went on sale this week.
The homes, built by Garrette Custom Homes, have more than 1.8 acres per site. One of the homes sold prior to groundbreaking.
The community is located in the Evergreen school district.

It’s truly a special place,” said Steve Bradford, Garrette Custom Homes vice president of sales and marketing.
