Girls basketball: Columbia River 63, La Center 34

The Chieftains outscored La Center 25-3 in the third quarter to cruise to a nonleague home win.

Jordan Ryan had a game-high 24 points and teammate Dejah Wilson hit five 3-pointers for the Chieftains (2-0).

Kylee Stephens led the Wildcats (0-2) with 18 points.
