Girls basketball: Hudson’s Bay 49, NPIRE (Australia) 38

Jaydia Martin led a trio of Bay players in double figures with 16 points each as the Eagles used a 15-5 third-quarter advantage to beat NPIRE Travel, a traveling club team from Victoria, Australia.

Paytin Ballard and Kamelai Powell added 13 points each for Bay. Games against Australian travel teams are not factored into Washington teams’ RPI ranking.
