Letter: Prosecution rules are changing

I hope Tony Golik and Bob Ferguson are paying attention. The “farce” impeachment has established new rules for prosecutions.

The accused have the right to investigate the investigators and their motivations for their investigation. They have the right to investigate its origins and to participate in the investigation.

Any anonymous informants or tipsters must be identified and their motivations investigated. Any information provided by the FBI or other deep state entity must be considered biased until the deep state source, personnel and motivations have been thoroughly investigated. Finally, Russian conspiracy theories from the internet must be considered fact without investigation.

Good luck with any prosecutions, and may the “farce” be with you.
