Vancouver Master Chorale is holding auditions for its remaining concert season. Rehearsals are 7 p.m. Monday at First Presbyterian church in Vancouver. Prepare a solo of any type. While there is no sight reading audition, reading music is required. Contact Jana Hart at janahart2007@gmail.com to set a time.

Clark College is holding open auditions for its three choirs. Rehearsals begin the week of Jan. 6 at Beacock Music Hall on the Clark College campus, 1933 Fort Vancouver Way, Vancouver. The Clark College Chorale rehearses 6:30 to 8:50 p.m. Wednesdays; Treble Ensemble rehearses 1 to 2:20 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays and the Concert Choir 11 to 11:50 a.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Vancouver Community Concert Band seeks brass, woodwind and percussion players, active or retired. All abilities welcome; no audition required. The volunteer community band, along with its polka band, Dixieland Jazz Band and chamber ensembles, performs regularly around the area. Friends of the Columbia Gorge seeks photographers to enter its fifth-annual photo contest, which is open to all ages. Photographs should capture Columbia River Gorge locations, trails, wildflowers or wildlife. The grand prize winner receives a $300 Pro Photo Supply gift card and a large print of their photo. Winners in each category receive a $100 gift card. The deadline to submit photographs is 11:59 p.m. Dec. 31. The Portland Rose Festival and Oak Knoll Winery seek original art for the 2020 Rose Festival wine label contest. Oak Knoll will award $1,000 to the winning artist and transform their artwork into a wine label with the Rose City Label Company. Submissions will be accepted through Jan. 15. Downtown Camas Association seeks artists to participate in Little Art Camas, an exhibit and sale of original, small-scale works created by local artists of all ages and skill levels Feb. 21-22 in downtown Camas. Artists can pick up panels from 5 to 8 p.m. Jan. 3 at Journey Community Church, 304 N.E. Fourth Ave., Camas. The application fee is $12, due at panel pick-up.
