Senior guard Brad Lackey set single-game school records for points (40) and 3-pointers (11) Monday, as the Union Titans captured the Surf Division title at the Surf ‘N Slam boys basketball holiday tournament with a 95-62 victory over Franklin out of Elk Grove, Calif.
