– 10 a.m. special meeting: executive session, legal risks of current or proposed action.

Clark County Council, Public Service Center conference room 698, 1300 Franklin St., Vancouver.

– 11:30 a.m., legislative conference call.

Vancouver City Council, City Hall council chambers, 415 W. Sixth St.

– 4 p.m., workshops: update on solid waste collection contract and update to the Heights District Plan.

– 6:30 p.m., regular meeting: agenda includes proclamation declaring February Black History Month, consent agenda and a public hearing about an extension to the Academy’s development agreement.

–  4:30 p.m., workshop: 2019 revenue bond issue, 2019 meter replacement contract extension, slow sand corrosion control system professional services agreement with Carollo Engineers, joint transportation committee study update, Crown Road booster station upgrade project summary, facilities operations specialist salary scale and amendment to interlocal fire agreement.

– 7 p.m., regular meeting: establishing a two hour time limit for three parking spaces on Northeast Birch Street between Northeast Sixth Avenue and Northeast Seventh Avenue.

– 5 p.m., regular meeting: New business includes a mitigation planting contract, a presentation from the Camas Washougal Economic Development Association and other, discussion over the Arts and Cultural Advisory Committee and more.

– 6:30 p.m. executive session: labor negotiations.

– 7 p.m., regular meeting: authorize mayor to sign agreement with Woodland Action Center for document recording fees, add the authorization of auctions as a retail activity, authorize mayor to execute collective bargaining agreement with Public Works Teamsters; workshop to amend zoning code to prohibit RV Parks in the C-1 and C-2 districts to follow

– 7 p.m., regular meeting: discuss 20 mph speed limit proposal, newsletter.

Tuesday

– 10:30 a.m., work session: Camp Bonneville Master Plan.

– 12:30 p.m., council time.

– 6 p.m., meeting: Vancouver heritage overlay review, budget, grants, rules and procedures, intangible cultural heritage.
