Trend Capital of Vancouver, a financial tech and lead generation software company, will move in June from east Vancouver to the third floor of the Murdock Building at The Waterfront Vancouver.
Other tenants in the building at 655 W. Columbia Way include Chicago Title, Fidelity National Title, the law firm, McKean Smith and the Murdock Charitable Trust.
“The space at The Waterfront syncs perfectly with our company’s culture: where work, meets play,” principal owner Vitaliy Rizhkov said in a statement. “There are only so many office locations that have a waterfront view and retail and restaurants at your fingertips — it was an opportunity we had to jump on.”
