The Tigers are going into the 4A state regional round with some momentum after winning the fifth-place game over Kentridge in the 4A bi-district game at Stadium High School.

Kaden Perry led Battle Ground (18-8) with 19 points.

“I thought Perry played a nice game,” Tigers coach Manny Melo said. “He had a lot of blocked shots. And (Nathan) Millspaugh, especially in the first half, really got us going.”

Millspaugh had 12 points and Brendan Beall had 11 as Battle Ground now waits to see where its RPI will seed it into regionals.
