The Building Industry Association of Clark County will hold a groundbreaking ceremony at 10 a.m. Thursday for this year’s NW Natural Parade of Homes in the Dawson’s Ridge development in Camas.

NW Natural is the event’s sponsor. DeWils and HomeStreet Bank are presenting sponsors. Builders include Cascade West Development, Glavin Homes, MC Custom Homes, Affinity Homes and a remodeled home by Forged Custom Homes.

Home prices are projected to range from $1.5 million to over $2 million with sizes ranging from 3,000 to about 5,000 square feet.

“You will see fine craftsmanship, innovative design, a fully remodeled home and of course fresh decor ideas by some of the Building Industry Association’s top designers. We know this setting in Camas overlooking the Columbia River will make for a beautiful show,” said Avaly Scarpelli, BIA executive director.

The event is set for Sept. 6-22. For more information: www.ClarkCountyParadeOfHomes.com.
