A Jan. 16 forum at Washington State University Vancouver will offer tips on developing employees’ potential.

The Business Growth MAP Alliance forum will be held from 8:30 to 10 a.m. at the Columbia Bank Community Room, 101 E. Sixth St., Vancouver.

The forum will explore how to unlock employees’ potential strengths, creativity and resourcefulness. Participants will learn when to hire, when to promote and how to develop employees.

This month’s speaker, Norman Wolfe, is CEO of Quantum Leaders Inc., author of “The Living Organization” and creator of the Living Organization Framework for Business Success. His framework draws from the core principles of leadership, organization development, psychology, physics and spiritual traditions to explain the forces driving results, according to a WSU news release.

Cost is $10 per person in advance or $15 per person at the door. There is no cost for students with a valid WSU student ID. Register online at business.vancouver.wsu.edu/bgmap and click the link “Upcoming events.”
