BATTLE GROUND — Battle Ground High School’s Drama Club has been invited to return to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2020, and is fundraising to support the trip.
This is the second time the students have been invited to the prestigious festival. Only 40 schools in the United States and Canada are invited to perform.
“To be invited back for a second time is a huge honor and is a testament to how well we were received at the 2017 Festival Fringe, and a positive representation of our community,” reads the school’s fundraising page.
The club is also seeking sponsors willing to donate larger amounts of money to help kick start the fundraiser.
