Girls basketball: Stevenson 80, Seton Catholic 42

Kaitlyn Wenz had 17 points, 17 rebounds, five assists and two steals as Stevenson remained in the hunt for the No. 2 seed to district from the Trico League.

If Stevenson beats Castle Rock on Friday, the Bulldogs will tie La Center for second in the league and take the No. 2 seed on tiebreakers, coach Bob McCrum said.

Katie Rathgeber had 26 points and six steals for the Bulldogs, and Jaida Emerson added 10 rebounds and four steals.

Jasmine Morgan paced Seton with 10 points.
