Clark Regional Wastewater District Board of Commissioners, district offices, 8000 N.E. 52nd Court. • 4 p.m., regular meeting: authorize purchase of Work Horse Easement Machine with required appurtenances for total amount not to exceed $63,388.41; approve $2,471,423.15 final costs for design and construction for Royle Road Pump Station and associated force sewer main; commissioner, general manager and staff reports.

C-Tran Board of Directors, Columbia Room, Vancouver Community Library, 901 C St. • 5:30 p.m., authorize C-Tran to purchase tires using the state’s contract; approve resolution changing the location of C-Tran Board of Directors’ meetings to the agency’s administration facility, 10600 N.E. 51st Circle; award contract to purchase renewable diesel fuel from Carson Oil; approve C-Tran entering into cooperative purchasing agreement with Sourcewell, a cooperative purchasing organization of the State of Minnesota formerly called the National Joint Powers Alliance; approve sole source contract with Structured Communications for Proofpoint software; approve agreement with SHI for the additional Darktrace system components for advanced cyber-threat detection and analysis; grant contracting authority to relocate and improve a new employee parking lot at C-Tran’s facility, 2425 N.E. 65th Ave.; approve agreement with Washington State Department of Transportation to design and build Interstate 5 “bus on the shoulder” project; review draft amendments to C-Tran board policy for CEO’s compensation and benefits; board members, CEO and legal counsel communications.
