It rained and the wind blew all day Wednesday along the northern Oregon Coast and the entire Washington Coast. Believe me, it appeared it was October instead of July. Rainfall amounts totaled a third of an inch to one-half inch.
Weather Eye: Look for lots of sunshine, low humidity over the weekend
