Aguilera hosting pre-primary events: Adam Aguilera, a candidate running for Vancouver City Council Position 6, is hosting a series of events in the two weeks leading up to the Aug. 6 primary election.
From 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. Saturday and Aug. 3, he’s hosting canvassing events at the Clark County Democrats office, 10621 N.E. Coxley Drive, Suite 101. Anyone interested in attending can RSVP at facebook.com/events/621538324995588.
From 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Aug. 3, Aguilera will also hold a backyard barbecue in the Lincoln Neighborhood. The event will be co-hosted by Carolyn Long, a Democratic congressional candidate. For the address and to RSVP, email adam4citycouncil@gmail.com.
