MILL CREEK — A traffic argument between two men led to one of the men being shot multiple times in a Mill Creek Safeway parking lot.

KOMO-TV reports a 60-year-old man allegedly displayed a gun toward a 24-year-old security guard after they got into a fight about how each man was driving on Thursday night.

The two ended up in the Safeway parking lot and that’s where the security guard shot the other man multiple times, sending him to the hospital for treatment.

The guard is cooperating with the police investigation, and he was the one who called 911 to report the shooting, police said.

The condition of the victim is not known at this time.
