Celebrate Flag Day with the The Historic Trust’s free, family-friendly “Ties, Pies and Patriotism” from 5 to 7 p.m. June 14 at the Fort Vancouver National Site’s Bandstand, across from The Grant House, 1101 Officers Row. The ceremony will include a presentation of the colors, the raising of the huge Garrison Flag, the annual Clark County Mayors’ Patriotic tie contest and a new Patriotic Pie competition.
