Cascadia Tech to recycle e-waste

Cascadia Technical Academy will host its annual e-waste recycling event March 8 and 9.

The Information Technology Service, Systems and Support program will accept computers, mobile devices, hardware, some monitors, printers and Styrofoam. It cannot accept televisions, glass screen monitors and appliances.

Students will collect material from 8 to 10 a.m. and from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. March 8, and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. March 9. Drop off materials at Cascadia Tech’s campus at 12200 N.E. 28th St., Vancouver.

Students will repair what they can and recycle what they can’t.
