Clark Neighbors Food Project and Ridgefield Neighbors Food Project seeks volunteers to participate in Project Green Bag. Neighborhood coordinators sign up to hand out food donation bags to their neighbors and pick up the filled bags every two months. Some data-entry skills and the ability to send out email reminders is necessary.

Columbia Little League is looking for volunteers to serve as umpires, concession stand workers, field cleanup helpers, board members, and a concessions director. Shifts are flexible.

A Generosity Feeds event sponsored by Columbia Christian Church and Generations Church seeks volunteers to help create 10,000 meals in two hours from 10 a.m. to noon on March 23 at Columbia River High School. This is a family event, open to children as young as three. Donations are also welcome. For every dollar donated, Generosity Feeds will provide a balanced meal to a local child in need. Salvation Army Food Bank needs a bread truck driver to pick up deliveries from local markets and bakeries from 7 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. two days a week. No CDL required.

Vancouver Farmers Market seeks Produce Pals, volunteers who love working with kids ages 3-11 to help with farmer talks, games, and demonstrations encouraging healthy eating. Shifts are Saturday or Sunday mornings June through August. The farmers market also needs volunteers on Saturdays and Sundays to help in the information booth. Duties include answering questions, taking fees, processing credit card transactions and helping in the Shop and Drop booth.

Woodland Mobile Meals is looking for volunteer drivers to deliver meals to those in need of assistance. A volunteer driver on Friday is needed, as well as backup drivers for Monday through Friday and a volunteer to coordinate the drivers, who can work from home.
