SNOQUALMIE — One person was killed and another was injured when their stalled car was struck by a bus along Interstate 90 near Snoqualmie, Washington.

KOMO reports the crash happened in the westbound lanes just east of State Route 18 before 6 a.m. Friday.

Troopers say the transit bus was brand new and was heading for delivery when it struck the car that had stalled on the freeway. The driver of the car was killed while a passenger was injured.
