Salem woman, 3-year-old boy reported missing, family hasn’t heard from them for one week

PORTLAND — A Salem, Ore., woman and her 3-year-old son have been reported missing, after family have not heard from them in a week.

Family members filed a missing persons report with Salem police for Karissa Fretwell, 25, and her son Billy.

Salem Police Lt. Treven Upkes said he couldn’t confirm whether Fretwell or her son were considered to be in danger. Salem police have asked anyone with information about the case to call 503-588-8477.
