Letter: Thanks to Columbian columnist

I have been reading Sherri McMillan’s column in The Columbian since 2018. Her advice on personal self-care has been encouraging, inspiring and practical. Her articles on weight loss, reaching goals, sugar addiction and getting a good night’s sleep are motivating. A step at a time, I am making changes in my own life because of her column. Besides being an expert in exercise, she is a great writer. I would enjoy having all of her articles put into a book. Thank you, Sherri, for your assistance throughout this process.

We encourage readers to express their views about public issues. Letters to the editor are subject to editing for brevity and clarity. Limit letters to 200 words (100 words if endorsing or opposing a political candidate or ballot measure) and allow 30 days between submissions. Send Us a Letter
