So after reading the article “Vancouver gives Block 10 builder tax break” (The Columbian, Nov. 19), if I put a bed in my newly built goat shed that has a deck and has a view of the valley, call it a studio apartment and rent it for $1,500 per month, would I qualify for a tax break as well?
