Letter: Keep Stober on city council

Living outside Vancouver, I can’t vote in its elections. All the more reason, then, to speak up for candidates and issues that affect the whole county and region — homelessness and health care, housing and development, transportation and public safety to name a few.

Ty Stober, Vancouver City Council Position 5, is an engaged, effective, visionary motivator on these issues and more. He and his team have walked Vancouver’s streets for months, meeting thousands of residents and hearing their concerns and ideas.

Ty Stober deserves to be re-elected. We need his forward-thinking energy.

We encourage readers to express their views about public issues. Letters to the editor are subject to editing for brevity and clarity. Limit letters to 200 words (100 words if endorsing or opposing a political candidate or ballot measure) and allow 30 days between submissions. Send Us a Letter
