Letter: President drains the swamp

Why do the people of the United States need to pay for government bloat? We have a secretary of state, a secretary of defense, a CIA director, an FBI director, a Homeland Security secretary. Someone please tell me why, on God’s green Earth, do we need to pay for two stupid departments, being the NSA and the director of national intelligence, when there are five other departments that do the same job?

President Donald Trump is cutting government bloat and draining the swamp right before our eyes. The sky was going to fall when Gen. John Kelly left as White House chief of staff. Does anyone even notice that Mick Mulvaney had held the post of acting chief of staff and Management and Budget director since January? The sky was falling when Sara Sanders left as White House press secretary. Does anyone even notice that? President Trump effectively eliminated that post (saves taxpayers money!) by being the most transparent president ever and talks to the press every day, answering their questions.
