William Yearsley was recently appointed to Northwest Pipe Company’s board of directors. He was elected on March 26, and appointed to the board’s audit committee and its nominating and governance committee. Yearsley previously worked as a professor in the University of Colorado Boulder’s department of civil, architectural and environmental engineering. Vancouver-based Northwest Pipe Company is the largest manufacturer of engineered steel water pipeline systems in North America, according to a news release.
