Sandy Swimming Hole in Washougal closes until May 4

WASHOUGAL — A popular Washougal swimming hole has closed to promote social distancing.

Sandy Swimming Hole will be closed through at least May 4, according to a news release from the city. The Steamboat Landing dock, lower Hathaway Park, Hathaway Park pickleball courts and all other playgrounds, sports areas and picnic shelters will also be closed.
