Signs of the times

There is no doubt that the COVID-19 crisis, including the resulting economic shutdown and quarantine, has had a major impact on the personal and professional lives of Clark County residents.

Signs displayed on local homes, schools, theaters, churches and businesses reflect the feelings of many people as they try to cope with the unprecedented times we are all experiencing.

Nadgwick was on his way to get takeout at a restaurant downtown but found there wasn't the usual bustling Friday night foot traffic due to closures from the coronavirus. "It's amazing how quiet it is," he said.
