Vancouver resident dies after motorcycle collides with deer

A 58-year-old Vancouver resident died in a motorcycle collision around 6:41 p.m. Friday in Skamania County, according to Washington State Patrol District 5.

The motorcycle rider, Rath Cyrus, was completing a pass while driving east on state Highway 14 near Franz Lake when a deer ran out in front of his motorcycle.
