I write this letter in response to “Vaping industry bracing for state, federal ‘extinction’ events” (The Columbian, Feb. 8). I do not think that reducing the size of containers is the solution to the problem. Small size containers are not a solution, because I think that the frequency of use will be the same as it is with the normal size vape-liquid container.
I support banning all vaping products that cause any kind of sickness to the people using the product. I said this because I believe that any product that is a health hazard shouldn’t be allowed in our community. I recognize that the restriction is aimed to minimize the effects of flavored vaping, but I don’t think the restriction will go far enough to stop or cut down the sickness caused by vaping.
