PORTLAND — A month after he took charge, John Donahoe, Nike’s new chief executive, president and chairman, has completed his first executive shakeup.
The winners are Andy Campion, promoted from chief financial officer to chief operating officer; Heidi O’Neill, named president of consumer and marketplace from her former role as president of Nike Direct; and Matthew Friend, promoted to chief financial officer.
Out are Eric Sprunk, the long-time chief operating officer, and Elliot Hill, Nike’s president of consumer and marketplace. Both are retiring and will leave the company later this year.
The changes mean Nike’s three top executives are all new to their posts.
