Vancouver-based Northwest Association for Blind Athletes raises $600,000

The Vancouver-based Northwest Association for Blind Athletes raised $600,000 during its Vision 20/20 fundraiser on Saturday at the Red Lion Hotel on the River Jantzen Beach, according to a news release Monday.

The money will help youth and adults with visual impairments experience sports for the first time. It also helps visually impaired athletes further their skills through various programs.
