Girls basketball: Skyview 48, Heritage 26

SKYVIEW 48, HERITAGE 26 — The Storm used a strong man-to-man defense to pull away from the Timberwolves in the second half. Skyview (6-3, 1-0) led 25-16 at the break, before running away with the 4A Greater St. Helens League win.

Mikelle Anthony led the Storm with 11 points. Skylar Groesbeck had seven rebounds and Jordan Hallett finished with six boards. Kazz Parks had three steals.

Katie Peneueta paced Heritage (4-6, 0-1) with 12 points.
