Letter: Heights plan problematic

By Barbara Stanley, Vancouver
Published: June 2, 2020, 6:00am

The proposed Heights District Plan wants the area to be an urban center. This could mean almost 5,000 more people living in apartments and condos. Basically changing the Heights District tremendously.

Parking on Mill Plain, narrowing Andresen, and changes to streets in the surrounding neighborhoods.

Everyone knows the traffic headaches that already exist in Vancouver. Why add to them?

When will the city say enough? Let’s take care of what we already have, instead of wasting money on more.
