Letter: Churchgoers Matter

By Richard Rowe, Vancouver
Published: June 4, 2020, 6:00am

I wonder what phase Gov. Inslee had these demonstrators go through that he allows thousands of them to get together, and even lock arm to arm with people they do not even know, and yet he tells residents they can not attend church services in their sanctuaries.

These demonstrators say they have a reason, and shout out Black Lives Matter. I think people should be able to go to church for a reason, and as demonstrators, and should shout out Churchgoers Matter.

We encourage readers to express their views about public issues. Letters to the editor are subject to editing for brevity and clarity. Limit letters to 200 words (100 words if endorsing or opposing a political candidate or ballot measure) and allow 30 days between submissions. Send Us a Letter
