Jessica Hewitt was appointed as Bank of America’s market manager for Portland and Southwest Washington. Hewitt joined Bank of America in 2016 as the Portland and Vancouver community relations manager. She is a graduate of University of Oregon.
Greg Johnson was hired by the Oregon Department of Transportation and Washington State Department of Transportation as a program administrator to lead the bistate Interstate Replacement Program office. Johnson will represent both state transportation departments “using a transparent, data-driven process that prioritizes equity and inclusion,” according to a news release. Johnson was selected from a national pool of candidates. Johnson has 20 years of service as a senior executive in the transportation industry, including having worked on major infrastructure projects in Maryland and Michigan. He has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from University of Michigan and a master’s degree in public administration from Western Michigan University. Johnson will begin work on July 6 after relocating from Michigan.
Jennifer King was promoted to principal engineer at Maul Foster & Alongi, a planning and development consulting firm. Its Vancouver office is at 109 E. 13th St. King has managed site development projects, environmental investigations, and large-scale remediation and redevelopment programs, according to a news release. She was promoted from her role as director of people and development on the company’s human resources team. She holds bachelor’s degrees in environmental engineering and political science from North Carolina State University, and a master’s degree in environmental management from Duke University.
