Clark County-based homebuilder Pacific Lifestyle Homes announced plans to build four new communities in Clark County, plus a fifth in Hillsboro, Ore. The four Clark County developments will include a combined 229 homes and will break ground this year.

Three of the communities — Parker’s Abby, Plateau Manor and Dogwood Estates — are in Vancouver near state Highway 503 and Hockinson Meadows Community Park, according to a press release from Pacific Lifestyle. The fourth, The Heights at Green Mountain, will be in Camas; it includes a 4-acre park, community pool, hot tub, basketball courts and volleyball courts.

The three Vancouver developments will have minimum house prices in the middle of the $300,000-$400,000 range. The Camas development’s homes will have a starting price at the high end of the $400,000-$500,000 range.
