Letter: Make change at the polls

By Toni Jacobson, Battle Ground
Published: March 3, 2020, 6:00am

We have an inept person running the country (into the ground, I might add) and now he wants to have the vice president, who is also inept, take charge of the virus that’s starting to run rampant throughout our country. Isn’t there any way to stop these two who know nothing about anything? It’s frightening, and if something isn’t done I fear we are really in a lot of trouble.

I hope the American people are paying attention and when it’s election time (if it’s not too late by then) they will know what they are dealing with, and make sure we all go to the voting polls and get some real smart people in the Senate, and in Congress.

We encourage readers to express their views about public issues. Letters to the editor are subject to editing for brevity and clarity. Limit letters to 200 words (100 words if endorsing or opposing a political candidate or ballot measure) and allow 30 days between submissions. Send Us a Letter
