Playgrounds at unincorporated parks in Clark County have been closed to slow the spread of the novel coronavirus.
The Clark County Council voted unanimously at its meeting Tuesday to close playgrounds immediately. Staff began posting closure signs Wednesday.
Some, but not all, restrooms will remain open. Parks will remain open to walking, running and other activities that don’t disturb social distancing.
